Reviewer Instructions of Journal of Radars
The peer review process for papers is single blind, i.e., peer reviewers see all the author(s)'s information but author(s) has no knowledge of peer reviewers. The current paper acceptance rate is about 40%.
Navigating the System
When you first log into the system, you will be taken to your "Home" page, which lists different categories of tasks. Pending tasks that you need to complete are identified by a blue number next to the task. After clicking on this blue number, you will be presented with a screen containing the following items:
•Identifying Information about a specific manuscript.
•Check the message from editor.
•Input comments to review the paper.
(Not all links will be present all the time. Only the applicable links will be visible.)
If there are no blue numbers visible on the "Home" page, then you are finished and have no outstanding tasks to complete.
After logging in, click on the blue number, and you will be presented with a "Manuscripts in process" screen as described above. Please click on the "Input comments" to write your review online.
If you prefer to work offline, you may find it quickest to download and print the PDF file, draft your review remarks using your favourite word processor and cut/paste it back into the Input comments area once complete. You may also save your comments and return to them later by clicking "Save and submit later".
If you experience any difficulty using the system, please contact the editorial office with your specific query.
